Our
chapel offerings this quarter will be used to buy cheerful items for the
residents of Briarwood Nursing home.
Our
“big” memory work for the third quarter is to name all the books of the
Bible. We are singing the song each day
and most students will do better when they are tested if they sing the books
rather than say them. Let’s try to
master the Old Testament books by mid February and then the New Testament by
the end of the quarter. They already
know these pretty well from first grade.
I
have entered your children’s AR grade into Renweb. This shows the percentage of the total
quarter goal that your child has completed so far. We are just about half way through the
quarter, so all children should be at about 50% of their AR goal.
