Second Grade Friday News - March 20

Our chapel offerings this quarter will be donated to Dorcus House.

Achievement tests will be given during the week of April 6.   Please do not make any appointments during this week.  All children must be present for testing.

Our big memory work for the 4th quarter is the Apostles Creed.  We will practice it every day at school.  Please say it at home at least once each day with your child.

I believe in God, the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and earth.

And in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord,

who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary,

suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried.

            He descended into hell.

The third day He rose again from the dead.

He ascended into heaven and sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty.

From thence He will come to judge the living and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Christian church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting.  Amen
