Our
chapel offerings this quarter will be used to buy cheerful items for the
residents of Briarwood Nursing home.
Our
“big” memory work for the third quarter is to name all the books of the
Bible. I’m happy to say that most
students in the class have already finished this with an ‘A’.
Our class Valentine party will be on
Friday, February 13 at 2:00. Each child
should bring a Valentine card for every child in the class. You may send the Valentines on or before that
Friday.
We
are planning a writing project about a family activity. Please help your child to remember the
details of a fun family activity. (trip
to the zoo, picnic in the park, Disney World, a special vacation, etc.) Then email me a photo of your child at that
event. If you would rather send a
snapshot, I’ll scan it and return the photo to you. We need the photos by Tuesday, February 17.
