First Grade Friday News - March 4

 

Chapel offerings through April 3 will go to Habitat for Humanity.  We will raise money to help build a home for a family here in Little Rock.

We have enough tissue boxes for our project.  Thank you.

Dates to remember:

Wed., Mar. 6         Field trip to Little Red Riding Hood at UALR Theater,

10:00 a.m.  (All children must bring a lunch that day.  We will eat in our classroom when we return from the play.)

Fri., Mar. 15          End of the quarter, Tag Day

Mar. 16 - Mar. 24  Spring Break

Thurs., Mar. 28      Report cards go home

Fri., Mar. 29          Good Friday, No school

Reading skill: Drawing conclusions

Math:  5 minute addition facts, Measuring with inches, Counting nickels
