We did it! Our class has collected $294 for Christmas
gifts for three foster children. Whatever we collect in the next two weeks, we
will share with another class that hasn’t reached their goal. Thank you for being generous as we teach our
children to share God’s love.
Our CLS Christmas
program will be on Thursday, December 18, at 6:30. All students will participate. Children should report to the classroom at
6:10 and wear their Sunday best.
For our class
Christmas party, each child should bring a wrapped gift for our gift
exchange. Please spend as close to $5 as
possible. Have your child help select a
gift that they know a friend would like.
Boys should bring a gift for a boy and girls should bring a gift for a
girl. Some children have told me that they would like to exchange a chapter
book for the gift exchange. That’s fine
with me. Children who bring a book will
be allowed to exchange their gift with another child who brought a book. Wrapped gifts must be at school no later than
Thursday, December 18.
