Second Grade Friday News - October 17

Our chapel offerings until Christmas will be used for our Christmas Giving Tree project.  Our class will buy gifts for two or three children in the foster care system.  It will cost about $75 per child.  You may send an offering any day of the week – not just on chapel day.  Please be generous as we teach our children to share God’s love.

 Our field trip to the Historic Arkansas Museum will be Friday, October 31.  We will leave at 8:30 and return around noon.  Students may wear jeans with their blue CLS t-shirts.  They do not need to bring a tag day dollar.  All students will need to bring a lunch as we will return to school late and eat in our classroom.  We need parents to drive.  Let me know if you’d like to drive and how many students you can take with seatbelts.

          Wed., Dec. 3          2^nd and 3^rd grades lead our chapel worship
